Ох и намучилась я в свое время с обычной духовкой в газовой плите. Вроде бы и плита была неплохая, но эта вечная неравномерность подогрева, когда продукты, лежащие впереди, недопекаются, а те, что сзади, начинают подгорать, выматывала и временами просто бесила. Но эта электрическая духовка совсем другая. Теперь приготовления домашней выпечки это не лотерея с мало предсказуемым результатом, а приятный, размеренный процесс, результаты которого радуют всех домашних. Духовка большая, причем ее форма не стандартная прямоугольная, как обычно делают все производители, а с закругленным сводом. По форме она напоминает домашнюю печь и, по словам производителя, это помогает правильной циркуляции горячего воздуха. Воздух перемешивается вентилятором, который находится на задней стенке камеры. Внутренняя поверхность духовки имеет качественное эмалевое покрытие. Причем эмаль используется не простая, а хорошо отражающая тепло, что улучшает равномерность приготовления. Очищается она тоже легче, чем обычные эмали, а если еще использовать функцию АкваКлин, то есть сделать дополнительную обработку паром, то чистка проходит на порядок проще, чем в старой газовой духовке. Довольно быстро греется и набирает нужную температуру. Нагревательных элементов несколько, они есть сверху снизу и по-моему в стенках тоже. Так же есть мощный гриль. Противень с продуктами можно ставить на один из 4-х уровней. Умеет работать в режиме размораживания. Дверца с двойным остеклением нагревается очень прилично. Все бы ничего, но однажды о нее чуть не обжегся мой шестилетний сын. Понимаю, мой недосмотр, но и дверцу могли бы сделать более холодной. |
