A spiral screw shaft made of durable polymer material crushes and compresses the product, and then pushes the pulp through the filter, separating the cake from the juice. This technology allows you to extract the maximum of nutrients, vitamins and enzymes from the minimum amount of fruits, vegetables, herbs or root crops. Unlike noisy centrifugal machines operating at high speeds and consuming up to 1.5 kW of energy, the Eldom PJ-300 auger juicer operates at low speed (up to 45 rpm), does not create loud noise and consumes up to 200 watts. The low speed of the auger prevents the juice from heating up, allowing you to save more nutrients and get a drink with a high content of fibre and natural antioxidants.
