The power plant is covered with a casing that serves as sound insulation and protects the parts of the Ford FDT9200SE generator from precipitation and mechanical damage. The "heart" of the installation is a 12-horsepower diesel engine (working volume 498 cm3) with an electric starter. At a load of 75% of the rated power, the fuel consumption is 2 l / h (in this mode, with a...fully filled tank containing 15 liters of diesel fuel, the generator can operate up to 7 hours without refueling). It is possible to automate the switching on of the power plant (there is a connector on the panel for connecting an external ATS unit).
