Evolution Quiet Recycling Technology

Evolution's proprietary 2-stage quiet processing technology is used to grind waste, which crushes food residues with a continuous feed into a 1005 mL working chamber. The dispenser is started by a pneumatic switch (included) made of stainless steel with durable chrome plating. The rotation of the crushing discs at a speed of 1425 rpm is provided by a single-phase Dura-Drive induction electric motor with a power of 0.75 hp. (380 W) with high torque. Engine bearings do not require service: they are filled with grease, which is enough for the entire period of operation. The motor has overload protection and auto-reverse function, which ensures high reliability and guaranteed increase in the service life of the device. And low energy consumption of the order of 2 – 3 kWh / year makes operating costs very insignificant.
