Household steam cleaner manufactured by the famous German company Karcher. To protect against burns, the manufacturer has provided a safety valve that automatically releases accumulated steam and prevents it from reaching the critical pressure point. The lock on the handle protects against child intervention, and in case of overheating, the device automatically turns off. The Karcher SC 4 steam cleaner boasts essential basic attachments: a spot-on nozzle, a floor brush, a cloth nozzle with extra microfibre cloths and a special round brush that effectively removes even tough stains. The volume of the water tank is only 0.5 liters, but there is an additional tank of 0.8 liters, adding water as it is used. This design allows you to quickly — in 4 minutes — heat the water, so that the cleaning time is reduced. The range of the steam cleaner is 6 m (4 m cord and 2 m steam hose).

Great help around the house. Of course, he does not do miracles himself, you have to tinker with especially polluted places. But when I'm too lazy to bother, I use it as a steam mop - and the floor is perfectly clean, not a single ordinary mop will wash like that. We have a dog, and so in her favorite places, the tiles were already heavily clogged with dirt, because they are a little embossed. I cleaned these places with a manual brush head, wiping the soaked dirt with ordinary rags, because in such places the mop head was not very effective. As a result, I have an almost new tile. The rest is also satisfied I agree with everyone who speaks for the cord. I would like to add a cord winder. Powerful, gives steam with good pressure and there is really a lot of it. Steam consumption is regulated by a device on the handle. Elegantly equipped, for different surfaces and the task is a decent set of different brushes and brushes. It does not heat up very quickly, you need to wait 4-5 minutes. Easy to fold, takes up little space for storage. In the bathroom I use it to clean and disinfect tiles and especially grouts. The humidity in this room is often very high, and so that some kind of muck does not start up in the seams, you need to either use household disinfectants or such a convenient steam generator. Steam against microbes and fungi is no less effective, and most importantly, no chemical contaminants remain after steam. It also cleans the tiles on the floor perfectly, the main thing is to do it regularly and not to allow a large accumulation of dirt. In the kitchen, it quickly and well copes with lightly soiled surfaces. Works great on stainless steel and glass panels. But if something is very dry or burnt, then more time will be needed. The fact is that this steam cleaner is not able to remove strong pollution by itself, but it can soften it as much as possible and then they can be removed with a separate napkin. You should not use a napkin on the brush for this, if it gets very dirty, it will simply begin to smear the dirt. In general, it is very useful for regular, maintenance-free cleaning. I also washed windows with it, it turned out great, but I need an extra rag. It takes about five minutes to heat up and this is inconvenient for quick cleaning. There are not enough microfiber cloths in the kit, you need to buy more, but the prices for the original ones are just off the charts. I understand that the steam cleaner itself is not cheap, but 600 hryvnia for two microfiber cloths!!?? |
