The tap model of the German manufacturer Kludi Trendo 335740575 is the simplest and most inexpensive in a large line of the series. There are no design frills and additional functions, which makes the device very reliable in operation. The device is available in 2 versions — coated "chrome" and "stainless steel". With a relatively low height of the device, which is 203 mm to the top point of the joystick lever, it has a jet height of 151 mm, which is typical for this class of products. This was achieved due to the high location and the outlet angle of the spout. The tap is very convenient to use thanks to the 360° rotation of the spout and the outlet of the jet from the aerator at an angle of 8°. An aerator with an M24x1 thread, if necessary, can be easily replaced with another one. The device has class A water flow, which corresponds to a maximum flow of 15 L/min at a pressure of 3 bar. The device has a 5 year warranty.
Ceramic cartridge and connection difficulties
The tap works on the basis of a ceramic cartridge with a hot water limiter, which protects hands from burns at high temperatures. The installation itself on one hole is not difficult to perform, but with the connection to the water supply, not everything is so simple. The 3/8-inch quick-mount flexible hoses that come with the tap often do not fit the diameter of the water pipes.
More expensive and more functional
More advanced taps of the Trendo series are suitable for working together with most pressureless water heaters, which, thanks to local installation next to each other, save energy and water during heating. Also, based on the basic Kludi Trendo models, the manufacturer produces modified versions of the devices with an additional Multi side tap mounted on the right side of the body, which allows you to quickly turn off the water supply not only to the tap, but also to the connected washing machine and dishwasher.
