The Minelab Vanquish 540 Pro-Pack handheld ground metal detector is the flagship model of the Vanquish family, which stands out for its maximum configuration. Together with the device, the box contains 2 elliptical Double-D coils (the so-called "sniper" V8 with dimensions of 12.7x20.3 cm and a large V12 with dimensions of 22.3x30.5 cm) and ML 80 Wirless Headphones, which are connected via the built-in Bluetooth module. But the main feature of the model is the multi-frequency operation of the device using the original Multi-IQ technology. The device received 4 main search modes: coins, jewelry, relics and custom (with saving settings), as well as a wide search function for all metal objects. Multi-frequency search with automatic 19-level noise reduction allows you to comfortably work with a metal detector in the field, park, on the wet sand of the beach and even in salt water.
Folding "butt"
The metal detector has 25 segments of discrimination, a large scale of target identifiers from -9 to 40, 5 target tones and a 5-level depth gauge. The device allows you to adjust the search sensitivity and sound volume (10 levels each), set the iron indication value (low or high level), activate the pinpoint function, and also turn on the red backlight of the monochrome display at dusk. It is worth noting as a drawback the lack of a ground balance function, which is available by default in other products of this class. A convenient telescopic rod makes it possible to adjust the length to your height (maximum length 145 cm), and the folding design of the “butt” with an armrest allows you to reduce the linear size of the device to 76 cm for compact storage and transportation. The metal detector comes with 4 rechargeable NiMH AA batteries, a strap for the armrest, a rain cover for the control unit and a protective cover for the V12 coil. The model can work stably in a wide temperature range from -10 °C to 40 °C, which allows you to use the device almost all year round, regardless of weather conditions.
