Square stud The Nokian Hakkapeliitta 4 uses a new stud shape. The tetrahedral spike "holds" in four directions, is durable and stands more stable in the tyre. Due to its diamond shape, the stud bites into the road at an acute angle. The tyre has won various tests several times and received a lot of positive feedback precisely for its good grip on ice. Quiet and safe The wide spread of the studs improves tyre grip and reduces driving noise. The “cushion” located under the stud softens the touch of the stud on the road, reduces noise from the use of studs and prolongs their life. The wide tread and reinforced steel belts guarantee stable tyre behavior.
