We've been using it for 3 years, the model is awesome, I recommend it! Really quiet and powerful (without being over the top, of course). It cleans laminate and carpet with a 5-star performance, you don't even need to turn the regulator to full power. We bought it at Eldorado, the price was around 8000 rubles in 2017. Compact, fits on a standard cabinet shelf when lying down. The main corner brush picks up everything, but it takes some getting used to after a rectangular shape; we didn't really use the others much. It uses HEPA 13, which is not the cheapest, but at least the air does not smell like dust after cleaning. There is an accessory for aromatic granules, which are blown by warm air from the engine, with adjustable settings. If you overdo it, you'll have to ventilate. A bit unwieldy. A product for those who love cleanliness in their apartment! A quality product. No unnecessary frills, but it cleans excellently! And if you add a turbo brush, all the carpets will be in excellent condition without any beating! In two years of use, I haven't found any. powerful, does not shock, I use it to clean laminate and tiles, everything is clean, very satisfied. Survived the apartment renovation. шланг в пылесосе болтается как карандаш в банке, при легком усилии выпадает из посадочного гнезда. как сие недоразумение исправить в "полевых условиях" не сломав весь аппарат? может там были какие нибудь прокладки или манжетки? сервисный центр от нас как китай от москвы (
