The quality of royalthermo pianoforte radiators is a "2"! The service from royalthermo is a "1", or rather, it doesn't exist at all! On August 5, 2015, after reading many positive reviews (apparently paid for) about this radiator, I purchased 4 units (2 with 4 sections and 2 with 6 sections). The official website claims that the radiators are insured for $1 million and come with a 10-year brand warranty, promising great reliability, and so on. On August 18, I decided to install the radiators and called in plumbers. And... the very first radiator leaked. It leaked immediately! It turned out to be a manufacturing defect. In a hurry, I had to find another radiator, incurring losses – idle time for the plumbers and their additional work, trips to get another radiator, its purchase, etc. All the positive feelings from the purchase immediately evaporated. I wrote a complaint to the manufacturer – to the royalthermo company. But there was no response or call back. Moreover, the store where I bought this "miracle unit" refunded my money for the defective item and informed me that royalthermo had responded to my complaint stating it wasn’t a defect, and it was my own fault! And they weren’t intending to refund the money for the product. So, dear customers, be careful when choosing prestigious brands! There are many words about the quality of royalthermo's products, but the actual quality and service don't live up to it!
