The advantages of this material over glass are, firstly, low cost, and secondly, safety in case of strong impacts: if the glass shatters into fragments, then the plastic is more likely to crack. At the same time, plastic is less durable — more precisely, due to its sensitivity to scratches, it quickly becomes cloudy and loses its presentation. In addition, vaping liquid ingredients (especially those with non-standard composition) may react with some types of plastic. As a result, flasks made of this material are found mainly in inexpensive models, and even among them they are not particularly popular.
