— a mount that is originally part of the controller design and is not intended to be removed by the user. At the same time, we emphasize that we are talking about gamepads that are not related to invoices (see the relevant paragraph) — that is, in this case, not a gamepad is put on a gadget, but a gadget is installed on a gamepad.Most manipulators from this category have a traditional layout for gamepads and are made compatible with not only mobile gadgets, but also other gaming devices (most often PCs). Thus, the smartphone mount in these gamepads is usually foldable, making it easier to use with stationary devices and tablets, as well as simplify storage and transportation. Detachable mounts have a similar meaning (see the relevant paragraph), however, built-in latches have one important advantage: you can only lose such a mount together with the gamepad.
There are also purely mobile models for iOS / Android in this category — in them the latch can be clumsy. However, this is a very rare case.
