— as the name implies, this indicator informs the boat operator about the amount of fuel in the tank. It is easier to monitor the fuel supply in this way than by other methods (by calculating the operating time, immersing the probe in the tank, etc.); knowing about the amount of fuel is extremely important so as not to be left with a stalled engine in the most inappropriate place.
