Terrible oven and even worse customer service. I had the imprudence to buy such an oven and for the third time in a year I turn to the official NEO service center with a repair question, but they don’t have spare parts !! I've been hearing this answer for a month and a half now. All I can do is throw it away!!! I absolutely do not recommend they are not here spare parts nowhere to be found use Borgio OMO 201.00 more than year |
