Когда мы делали на кухне ремонт, я уговорила мужа на полную замену кухонной газовой плиты на два отдельных устройства. Сверху, в столешнице смонтировали газовую варочную поверхность (ИМХО, газ под кастрюлей куда лучше чем медлительные электрические конфорки), а вот внизу теперь красуется настоящий немец - духовой шкаф с электрическим нагревом. Фирму производителя выбирал муж, но с выбором Bosch сложно не согласиться – у нас есть утюг плюс стиральная машинка этой торговой марки и то, как они не первый год служат, провоцирует желание приобретать больше техники с этим логотипом. По сравнению со старой газовой духовкой это просто фантастически крутое устройство. Вместо унылого регулятора подачи газ тут есть целая система из двух методов нагрева - он может быть верхним, нижним или комбинированным. Дополнительно к этому можно включить режим конвекции, в котором горячий воздух внутри шкафа гоняет специальный электрический вентилятор. Прогрев продуктов при этом получается очень равномерным и ничего не пригорает. Так же нужно помянуть гриль. Пользоваться я им пока не пользовалась, но в планах он значится. Объем духовки чуть меньше семидесяти литров, а это много. Его достаточно и для выпечки домашнего хлеба и для запекания целой тушки крупного петуха. Чуть не забыла упомянуть режим размораживания – очень удобная функция, которая обходится с мясом или рыбой аккуратнее, чем ее аналог из микроволновки. Часы, встроенные в блок управления, теряют настройки при обесточивании, а это у нас случается как минимум раз в неделю. |
