Если сравнивать с другими, более дешевыми грилями, то можно сказать что это бизнес-класс, а может даже премиум )) Машинка крупная, тяжелая, в ней много металла. Сделана она добротно, претензий к сборке нет от слова совсем. Считаю что самая важная часть такого гриля это рабочие пластины и в это модели они идеальны. Во-первых, они сделаны из толстого литого алюминия. Значительная толщина обеспечивает хорошее распределение тепла от нагревательных элементов и это важно для равномерной прожарки продуктов. Во вторых, они имеют хорошее антипригарное покрытие, что важно при обжаривании без масла овощей или грибов. В третьих, в комплект входят два набора пластин – рифленые и гладкие. Не совсем понимаю зачем нужны гладкие, но лишними они точно не будут, супруга придумает как их использовать. Удобные ручки управления обеспечивают правильную работу в положении контактного гриля и барбекю (распахнутые пластины). Примечательно, что для работы с гладкими пластинами есть отдельный терморегулятор. Вообще температура настраивается от 80 до 230 градусов, так что готовить можно все, начиная от деликатной овощной нарезки и заканчивая бараниной. Я изначально сомневался, что весь жир будет спокойно стекать в предназначенные для этого емкости. Так и получилось. Если в положении контактного гриля это происходит более-менее нормально, то в режиме барбекю жир бодро разлетается по окружающим поверхностям. |
