I took it to the service, for the second time in two weeks, on the second day I called to find out what exactly happened to the machine, they told me that the rotor burned out and they were waiting for spare parts and it would take 2-3 days. After a week!!! I called again, unfortunately I didn’t have the invoice with the number at hand, and by last name, like a week ago, they refused to give me information. Calling Kyiv to the company ESKO, which is a regional representative of the Dewalt tool and to whose service in Odessa I gave the grinder, I was told that according to the law on consumer rights, and pointing to an article from it, it can be repaired for two weeks! and a clear answer could I return it at the first (warranty) breakdown in three days !!! nobody gave me. So when choosing this grinder and the Dewalt tool in general, which positions itself as a professional, get ready to visit the service on the third day and then go there every week!
