Поддерживать себя в нормальной физической форме это естественно, но иногда когда ты занят на работе и дома тоже творится черт знает что, закрадывается мысль – а гори оно все синим пламенем. Пропускаешь тренировку, другую, а возвращаться потом тем сложнее, чем больше пропустил. Умом то понимаешь, что делать этого не стоит, но поскольку эффект от одной отдельно взятой тренировки как бы и не виден, то почему бы и не пропустить (( Эти спортивные часы эффективно помогают бороться с этой напастью. Ведь все, что они регистрируют можно передать на смартфон или компьютер и потом построить графики и диаграммы, что я регулярно и делаю. И тогда позорные пропуски видны особенно сильно. Это не какой-то дешевый китайский фитнес-браслет это реально крутой девайс, который умеет не только следить за пульсом, но и делать множество других интересных вещей. Начну с того, что пульсометр у него очень качественный, даже не ожидал такой точности от наручной модели. В часах можно задавать "коридор" оптимального пульса для определенной нагрузки. Например, я ставлю такой коридор при занятиях на орбитреке и если часы предупреждающе пищат о превышении верхней границы, я снижаю скорость, а если пульс спускается до нижнего предела, то наоборот, интенсивность нужно увеличивать. Вторая любимая фича, это GPS трекер, которые рисует маршруты моих велопрогулок, считает расстояния, скорость и примерный расход энергии. В третьих на тренировке он может сообщать о вызовах или событиях смартфона. К нему он конектится по блутуз версии 4, которая очень экономна. Поэтому несколько часов такого соединения аккумулятор сажают не сильно. Так же работает как неплохой шагомер. Экран черно-белый с подсветкой, но она нужна только в темноте. Днем он и так отлично виден в отраженном свете. Лажает при фиксации длительности сна. Нет "интеллектуального" будильника. При постоянном включении GPS и использовании блутуз соединения батарея садится за 14-16 часов. Правда и заряжается она быстро, минут за 70. |
