The camping tent of the German brand High Peak is positioned as a solution for a comfortable stay for a company of five people. The model provides three entrances from the street, which go respectively to the main vestibule (spacious, with a total length of 200 cm and an area of about 6 square metres) and additional (small). The dimensions of the bed are 280x220 cm, which is quite enough for 5 people, although such a bedroom can be considered the best option for four adults with one child.
The High Peak Amora 5 tent received an external frame formed by fiberglass arcs with a diameter of 11 mm. The awning is made of polyester with taped seams and a water-repellent polyurethane coating (3000 mm), while the bottom is made of polyethylene. The proprietary Vario Vent Control system with special ventilation windows is responsible for high-quality air exchange. Among other features, it is worth highlighting the presence of mosquito nets, two panoramic windows, several pockets for small items and a lantern mount. The model weighs 10.9 kg, which emphasizes its camping purpose.
Huge size tent! I endured 30 minutes of rain of medium intensity and did not get wet! In the heat in the cocoon of the tent it's a little hot, but in the vestibule it's just what you need. Among the shortcomings, I can note that with a large ross in the vestibule, on the ceiling, condensate appears and can drip onto the floor! Previously, this was not observed in our old tent!
