Regular CISS has an impressive capacity (pigment black ink for 6000 pages, water-soluble color for 8000 pages). The Smart Tank 615 is HP's all-in-one tool for the home or mini-office, tailored for tasks such as printing documents and photos, scanning, copying papers, and even faxing to business partners.
CISS in service
First of all, the device is noteworthy for the CISS put into service. Built-in ink tanks are integrated into the MFP body on both sides of the paper output tray. The tank on the right holds 135 mL of black ink, while the three colour tanks on the left side (for cyan, yellow and magenta) hold 70 mL of ink. The model comes with three bottles of black ink, which is enough for about 18,000 monochrome prints.
Wireless networks
The HP Smart Tank 615 is controlled by a touch panel with a 2.2-inch diagonal monochrome screen at the head. Also , MFP commands can be given from a smartphone connected to the printer via Wi-Fi. The model is "friendly" with the lion's share of common wireless printing services: Google Cloud Print, Apple AirPrint, Mopria, HP ePrint, HP Smart. An additional point in the treasury of MFP pluses is awarded for the presence in its assets of an automatic document feeder for 35 pages of originals (automates the process of obtaining document scans).
Photo printing
As part of the possibilities of printing photographs, the model also shows excellent results.
