Poor lid design

i do not recommend buying this model.

Double hull

the lid cannot be opened to inspect the level and remaining water. Condensation from the lid will flood the off button further onto the turntable. There is a puddle of water near the kettle. Electrical safety and convenience rest

use Monte MT-1814 more than year
