Sage BFP800 stainless steel

The Sage brand kitchen machine is a fairly compact device, which, nevertheless, is capable of performing various culinary tasks: chopping, mixing, whipping, kneading dough, grating and slicing food. And all this thanks to the configuration of the model. It includes two bowls of different volumes at once: 2.5 liters (working volume) and 1 liter. That is, you can choose the appropriate container depending on the amount of ingredients or perform different processes in them.

Accordingly, if there are two bowls in the set, then there are two knives for chopping. Moreover, the large bowl comes with a knife with four blades, which are located at different heights. As a result, they capture more products and mix them thoroughly. In addition, the package includes a dough hook, three cutting and chopping attachments, a French fry disc and a plastic disc for making sauces.

Sage BFP800 received not simple slicing discs, but customizable ones: you can adjust the thickness of the sliced slice from 0.3 mm to 8 mm. Since there are a lot of accessories, the manufacturer added an organizer box for storing them - the nozzles will definitely not be lost in it and will always be at hand. The kitchen machine has a power of 2000 W, which allows it to work with solid foods and thick masses like yeast dough. At the same time, the control is quite simple and clear: there are two speeds to choose from, a pulse mode and a timer for setting the duration of the process. The remaining time until the end of the cycle is shown on a small display.
