Pliers and wire cutters for professionals

The Stanley FatMax FMHT0-80541 set contains six different types of pliers. It includes a pair of wire cutters (end cutters plus side cutters) and four types of pliers (ordinary pliers, narrow, with curved jaws and elongated "platypuses"). Forged metal parts of the tools are made of high quality steel. The working edges are hardened by high frequency currents. Therefore, the notch on the lips does not “lick off”, and it is difficult to blunt the pliers with wire cutters. A return spring is built into each tool (the movable halves move apart on their own, thanks to which the work goes faster and the hand gets less tired). The handles are covered with soft and pleasant to the touch rubber pads.

Mini Format Tools

Ordinary pliers with wire cutters are usually at least 160 – 180 mm long. And all the tools that are included in this set are made in the "mini" format. Their length is 105 – 130 mm (except for the "platypuses", which are slightly longer due to their elongated lips). A small tool weighs less and is better for working in hard-to-reach places. On the other hand, mini-pliers and small wire cutters cannot withstand heavy loads. Therefore, for work that requires great effort, the tools from this set are completely unsuitable.

Whether wholesale or retail

The Stanley FatMax FMHT0-80541 set is best suited for those who work with small parts, miniature fasteners, wires and cables (except live wires, for which you need to use a dielectric tool like Stanley 4-84-489). It is important to note that all tools in this set are also sold separately (you can find them in our Stanley product catalog). Therefore, instead of what is lost or damaged, you can always buy exactly the same new pliers or wire cutters. But buying a Stanley tool in the form of a set is, of course, much more profitable and cheaper than by the piece.
