Most people do not even have a clue what raclette is and what it is eaten with. But I was in Western Europe, in particular, I spent about four months in Belgium and a month and a half in Germany (in the part that borders on Switzerland) and got acquainted with local cuisines. Our cheese, of course, is inferior to the local one, but you don’t have to worry about it. Raclette in Ukrainian is also extremely tasty! Since it is best to cook such a dish in a special two-tier electric grill, I did not regret the money and bought it. Let it be not Germany, but China, but this raclette dish is made with dignity and for the third month I have been regularly pampering my family with such yummy.
In short, a raclette oven is a two-story structure, in which the working surface of an electric grill is located on the second floor. And under it on the first, there are special small pans in the form of spatulas, in which you can melt cheese or a mixture of cheese and other products. The original idea of raclette looks like this. In the shoulder blades of the first tier, cut the cheese into slices and put them in place. We turn on the heating, wait for the desired temperature of the working surface, take slices of thinly sliced \u200b\u200bmeat or poultry, vegetables (tomato, zucchini, eggplant, squash, zucchini), you can take a slice of bread, and start grilling it all. After 5, maximum 10 minutes, when the products on the upper tier are ready, we transfer them to plates and pour melted cheese from the pans. If dry white wine is also served with this dish, Riesling comes in perfectly, then you can bite off your fingers)))
As you understand, this machine can hardly be called multifunctional. It is sharpened only for two processes - melting cheese and grilling. But if you turn on your imagination, you can come up with many interesting and tasty recipes.
