The model combines readiness for various weather conditions with moderate weight (3.3 kg), compact dimensions in the case (45x16x16 cm, that is, the total volume is about 11.5 liters) and user comfort. So, the dimensions of the bed on the floor are 220 by 150 cm, which means that two people should not be cramped here.

Each user has his own exit with a mosquito net and a vestibule (the main one is a little more spacious, since its length reaches 90 cm). The Terra Incognita Platou 2 Alu tent is easy to assemble, as the hemispherical frame forms a pair of arches. They are quite durable and are not afraid of temperature effects. Readiness for precipitation is confirmed by decent water resistance parameters, which are equal to 4000 mm for a polyester awning and 8000 mm for a nylon bottom.

Other features worth highlighting are high-quality seam sealing and Rip Stop weaving, which increases the tensile strength of the fabric. The ventilation system, in addition to the possibility of through ventilation, is represented by three ventilation windows. For a comfortable overnight stay, a loop for hanging a lantern is proposed, there are pockets and a shelf for small items.
