This model can be classified as a medium-level pressure cooker in the line of household appliances from the popular European brand Vimar. Despite this, the device boasts a large working bowl and an abundance of supported programs, which allows you to significantly diversify your family's diet without making any special efforts. So, the model is equipped with an intuitive electronic control with a small but easy-to-use display, and boasts a set of 59 preset programs.

Thanks to this, the user can cook, fry, stew, bake, bake, simmer, steam and perform other operations using just one appliance — the Vimar VMC-268 pressure cooker. The equipment is dressed in a stainless steel case and equipped with a 6-liter working bowl — this volume is enough to prepare a dish for a large and friendly family at a time. At the same time, the bowl has a non-stick Teflon coating, which avoids annoying cases of burning and, in general, simplifies the maintenance of equipment. Large pressure cooker at a good price

We have a not quite standard apartment and a very small kitchen with a small three-burner gas stove. I would buy a new stove or hob, but there is no room for a standard size installation. But here we decided to solve this problem with a multicooker.

This is not only a multicooker, but also a pressure cooker. This means that it brings many products to readiness much faster than a regular pan. By the way, this compensates for one of the most unpleasant shortcomings of simple multicookers - slowness. The machine is large, with a bowl volume of six liters. But, this does not mean that you can immediately cook six liters of soup or porridge in it. You need to leave room for foam and splashes, so you can cook up to 3 liters of soup or broth in one go. In terms of porridge, the performance is also excellent, I have never even come close to the maximum of its capabilities, we can say that we bought it for growth. Most often, buckwheat, wheat and oatmeal are cooked in it, we also cook rice and bulgur in it. The process is simple and fast, and automation helps not to oversleep the moment of readiness. In addition, I tried cooking soup in it - specific, but you can adapt. It is also good for cooking roasts or stews. Thanks to a good non-stick coating, the bowl is easy to clean. But if the contents of the bowl pop out, then there will be problems with cleaning.

Be careful - the non-stick coating is soft, so marks on it remain even from hard plastic. Thank you that there are only traces, and not scratches to the metal ((The complete basket of the double boiler is crooked. Consider this, it does not affect the work, but it looks ugly.

Multicooker-pressure cooker Vimar VMC-268 of a well-known Ukrainian manufacturer of household appliances belongs to the category of solid middle peasants with an abundance of software options. In fact, this model combines the capabilities of 4 separate devices: multicookers, steamers, deep fryers and pressure cookers (working pressure up to 70 kPa). Taking into account the fact that the cost of buying each device individually will cost a pretty penny, the cost of a universal device can be considered quite affordable. The multifunctional "pan" received a heat-insulated stainless steel cylindrical body and a large 6-liter bowl with a Teflon coating. A solid volume of dishes allows you to cook enough food for a large family. A powerful heating element (1000 W) and a removable lid with a steam valve ensure high speed cooking with maximum preservation of nutrients, minerals and vitamins. The appliance comes with a branded recipe book, a measuring cup and a spoon, a deep-frying basket and a steamer grate.

Wide range of automatic and custom programs

On the front of the case there is a push-button control panel with an LCD display, which allows you to run 59 cooking programs (41 automatic or 18 custom). The built-in thermostat maintains the required process temperature, and the auto-off timer will prevent the dish from cooking longer than the required time. An additional delayed start function will allow you to plan the readiness of breakfast or dinner at a given time. If you didn’t make it to the set table in time, then don’t worry: the keep warm option will keep the dish hot when you arrive. Thanks to this multicooker, the family menu will be very diverse. The device can cook dishes from crumbly cereals (pilaf, rice, buckwheat), pasta, soups, mashed potatoes, French gratin, sauté, as well as dishes from vegetables, fish and meat. In addition, the multicooker can cook fruit jam or jam, make delicious yogurt and cook jellied meat for the festive table.
