The laptop was bought for work, with 2-3 Excel tabs open, the laptop already slows down. After 5 days, it simply turned off after the update, we waited until it was completely discharged, after another week the sound began to disappear, and after 3 months, every day there were screens of death 3 times and then the BIOS. I think that this is not acceptable on a completely new laptop and I do not recommend purchasing it

I DO NOT HIGHLY RECOMMEND. On the very first day of purchase, after checking the sound driver settings (using Windows and without the hardware settings in the store), I went to the off-site, found the driver, but nothing helped. Having called the hotline, the stinks were sent off by sending a message where I had downloaded the food and it was hanging up. 2 years ago I realized that this is the ideal laptop for this amount. Then the problem with the sound came back after turning off the laptop, and I had to play around with the drivers again because the laptop was not adjusting the sound again. After a month, the battery voltage changed to 40 hours (only with charging) but the battery died and the replacement caused the same problem due to the illogical placement of all components through the processor and the battery. That one there is dying. This laptop only suffers from charging, it reboots every hour at will, the sound disappears, and the maximum volume of the sound has decreased so much that without additional speakers it is impossible to watch the video
