The complex work of an asynchronous electric motor with a power of 2500 W and a performant aluminium pump, characterized by a water consumption of up to 468 L / h, is aimed at removing dirt deposits from various treated surfaces, whether it is an “iron horse” body or, for example, a paving stone pavement. It's no joke, the water jet breaks out of the nozzle of the Vitals AM 7.8-160W spray gun at a pressure of up to 160 bar. Thanks to a special nozzle, the flow can be adjusted from narrowly directed to fan. In parallel, the operator of the minisink has the option of connecting a nozzle for applying foam. A separate tank in the design of the unit is designed for detergent, the supp...ly of which is adjusted automatically. To fix the gun, the high pressure hose (7 m) and the mains cable (5 m), fasteners allocated for this business are used. Открыли небольшую автомастерскую. И буквально через месяц стал ясны два момента: во-первых аппарат с мощной струей нужен нам для очистки ходовой машин, пригнанных в ремонт, а во вторых хорошо бы рядом организовать обычную платную мойку авто. Поселок у нас совсем маленький, но рядом с большим городом-миллионником, поэтому потенциальных клиентов хватало. Вот я и выбрал этот сравнительно недорогой аппарат, который первое время может справляться и в боксах и на пристроенной "летней" мойке. Пока справляется, а если клиентов станет больше, то купим для мойки отдельную машину, более мощную и способную долгое время работать с минимальными перерывами. Напор – высший класс. Аппарат оснащен долговечным алюминиевым насосом-помпой и асинхронным электродвигателем мощностью два с половиной киловатта, так что штатно на выходе получается примерно 110-120 атм давления (160 атм в пике). Если струю сфокусировать, то грязь она буквально срезает. Регулирование напора и формы струи сделано удобным. При максимальном расходе воды около 8 литров в минуту мойка получается довольно энергичной и времени занимает сравнительно немного. Сделана добротно, корпус пластиковый, но материал плотный, от средней силы удара не лопнет. В комплекте есть пенная насадка (неважная если честно), фильтр для тонкой очистки и переходник с фильтром для впускной линии. Весит больше 20 кг, но легко катается на больших пластиковых колесах. Сделана в Латвии, есть полуторагодовая гарантия. Работать с этой мойкой желательно по схеме 20 минут работы – 10 минут отдыха. Для работ по очистке машин перед обслуживанием и ремонтом в боксах этого более чем достаточно, а вот для отдельной автомойки такие паузы замедляют работу почти в полтора раза. Так что для плотного профессионального использования она не совсем подходит. Семиметровой длины шланга высокого давления чаще всего хватает, а вот электрический кабель иногда приходится удлинять.
