Anti-slip spikes

For the tire tread, a traditional approach was chosen, which involved the use of a symmetrical directional pattern. The direction of the blocks promotes effective snow removal. Anti-slip spikes securely fixed in the blocks prevent them from falling out. In addition, the special design of the mounting sockets and stud bases softens the movement on dry roads.

High lamella density

Upon closer inspection of the tread, you will notice a high density of multi-directional 3D lamellas, which are blocked during movement. These sharp edges provide excellent grip. This allows the Vredestein Wintrac Ice to have excellent traction characteristics, good maneuverability, fast acceleration and effective braking in various weather conditions.

Rubber formula

The rubber formula of the model has a high silica content, which contributes to excellent adhesion to winter roads. It also has increased wear resistance and elasticity, maintaining its properties at low temperatures. The only drawback of the tire may be oversteer on dry roads, but this is easily overcome with experienced driving.
