The curved ultra-wide (21:9 aspect ratio) monitor of the Xiaomi brand is a mid-budget 30-inch solution for work or home multimedia entertainment. The model is based on an 8-bit VA matrix with a resolution of 2560x1080 pixels (pixel size is 0.27 mm). The image on the screen is characterized by standard brightness (up to 300 nits), a good contrast level (3000:1), providing comfortable movie viewing in a darkened room, as well as fairly high-quality color reproduction with coverage of 99% of the sRGB space.
The Xiaomi RMMNT30HFCW monitor has good makings for gaming use, that is, at a minimum, it can be considered by connoisseurs of casual games. The display refresh rate reaches 200 Hz, and the performance is 4 ms (gray to gray). Plus, two adaptive video synchronization technologies are implemented at once - Adaptive-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium. In working scenarios, useful features of the model are the Picture by Picture mode with the ability to display images from several sources at once, as well as safety for vision (confirmed by TÜV Rheinland certification). In addition to the thin frames, the hole in the stand for hidden cable routing deserves mention.
