— the presence of a humidifier, as the name implies, allows you to increase the humidity of the supply air.The physical properties of air are such that if the actual amount of moisture in it (absolute humidity) remains unchanged when heated, then relative humidity drops. And the human body "assesses" the comfort of the environment precisely by relative humidity. Because of this, in cold weather, there is a feeling that the heating dries the air. A humidifier in the ventilation system avoids this effect, or at least significantly reduces it. However, such a system may require additional maintenance — for example, regular refilling of the humidifier.
