A&D UA-780 AC is an automatic blood pressure monitoring device from a well-known Japanese medical device manufacturer. The model determines the value of blood pressure, measures the pulse, detects arrhythmia and calculates the average pressure.
Automatic compression
An air tube is inserted into the electronic unit of the tonometer to the cuff with a shoulder coverage of 22-32 cm. Air is pumped into it by a compressor to a certain level, which eliminates excessive compression of the arm. The compression level is determined by the Intellitronics intelligent system for each individual user.
Simple measurement
The results of measurements of blood pressure and pulse are displayed on a three-line information display. When an unstable heart rate is detected, an arrhythmia icon is displayed next to the heart rate monitor readings. The colour scale to the left of the tonometer display suggests that the measured indicators correspond to the norm according to the WHO recommendations.
Inner memory
Up to 30 recent blood pressure readings are stored in the “brain” of the tonometer, provided that four AA batteries (whether batteries or rechargeable batteries) are used. At the same time, the tonometer can receive power from an ordinary socket — a network adapter for this purpose is included in the factory package of the model. The device will fit both for one-time measurements of blood pressure, and for dynamic observations of these parameters.
