No gasoline needed, oil, sales speed of 20 km, unlocking is very simple. Speed: 1 - 35 km, 2 - 45 km, 3 - 51 km. Unlocking speed is like on Aima JEK, there's a video available. I don't know how to unlock or what to do so it shows the mileage. And the display doesn't fully light up with all the indicators, maybe it's a sleep mode.
