In the store, I didn’t notice during the purchase that the handles were screwed on crookedly, offset horizontally from each other by a couple of millimeters. I had to take it apart and file the mounting holes with a file. I used it for the third time when I decided to fry meat with a small layer of fat on it. Apparently, the plates deformed from the heat during previous use, became concave, and the fat did not flow into the corner drainage recesses but began to accumulate in the center of the lower plate and leak onto the lower handle. In the lower handle, very "conveniently", there was a huge cutout in the center for the retaining spring, through which almost all the excess fat flowed into the cavity of the handle. I had to practically completely disassemble it into parts to wash it. Overall, a gadget with surprises! Terribly dissatisfied with the purchase. It's possible to use this mess as intended, but with great caution and almost inevitable problems. It's much more peaceful when it just stands as a souvenir. Don’t make the same mistake.
