Indeed, Asus ZenPower has a similar aluminium case, which does not differ in width and height from a regular credit card, and approximately the same effective capacity (about 6600 mAh). The differences lie in the larger output current (2.4 A instead of 2.1 A), as well as in the location of the remaining charge indicator and the USB port, which, unfortunately, is only one. 2.4 A of the output current allows you to gain a little time in charging gadgets — the Asus ZenFone 2 battery with a capacity of 3000 mAh will be fully charged in about 2.5 hours.
Case
The aluminium case of the battery is a definite plus. But if you put your phone close to it, there is a risk of scratching it. Therefore, Asus' savvy engineers added a special case called the Asus ZenPower Bumper to the package. It will not only protect the device and gadgets in contact with it, but also paint the external battery in a bright colour (black, blue, orange or light green).

В мооём случае после небольшого разгона (два полных цикла) Asus ZenPower зарядил смартфон на 3300 мАч два раза, и ещё чуть-чуть ёмкости осталось. Я считаю - превосходный результат.
Кроме соответствия номинальной ёмкости, хочу отметить ещё признаки правильного павербанка:
1) при подключении входа на выход сам себя не заряжает (есть защита);
2) в процессе собственной зарядки позволяет заряжать гаджет (в этом случае большая часть энергии уходит в нагрузку, а аккумам повербанка достаётся по остаточному принципу).
