Last year the kitchen was overhauled and some major appliances updated. In this, it was time to replace small kitchen machines and instead of the old and not very good Saturn food processor, my wife and I bought this Bosch. It should be noted that this is not a complete replacement. The former harvester was only called a harvester, in fact it was just a chopper. He could not make dough with his poor nozzle in the bowl, and the blender was weak and only suitable for mixing liquid ingredients. This Bosch is a completely different class car. It is, of course, much more expensive, but it also has much more abilities. Firstly, now my wife has a full-fledged dough mixer. This is no longer some miserable nozzle, but a powerful planetary mechanism serving a large four-liter bowl. The dough is kneaded with a hook and if the proportion of products is set correctly, then after 7-10 minutes the combine produces really well-kneaded dough. The wife says that with her hands she will not achieve such uniformity in half an hour, but here everything happens almost without her participation. In the same bowl, you can beat eggs, thick protein or creamy foam. As for cutting, chopping and shredding, there are a lot of options. Stainless steel cutting discs are double-sided, so you can always find the right option. The blender is not bad, you can mix soft fruits in it and make delicious non-alcoholic and alcoholic cocktails. The assembly of the combine raises no questions, it is clear that it was made in Europe, or rather in Slovenia. The meat grinder strains at times and you can hear from the sound that the engine power is literally just enough. Do not put strongly sinewy meat into it or overload it with quantity. |
