Overall I'm satisfied. I bought it thanks to many positive reviews on the internet. They write that it’s a durable and proven model, that it’s been in production for about 6 years somewhere... we’ll check)) I bought it on July 18, 2011. I’ve already managed to cook with it: Steamed vegetables (very tasty carrots, eggplant, zucchini, cauliflower, bell pepper), I personally like all this with garlic sauce. )), The Bassmati rice turned out to be very tasty, crumbly, the chicken thighs stuffed with garlic and spices and wrapped in foil turned out delicious (45-minute cook), but I didn’t like the dumplings... they turned out dry. Oh... also stuffed peppers! Real jam!!! ))) GOOD, DURABLE PLASTIC for containers and pallets. You cannot use both a container for rice and an insert for coloring products on 2 tiers at the same time, because only one has a lid, and the one on the bottom does not fit (rests against the tray of the one on top), so it’s “either or.” And one more thing. the fact that water can only be added by removing all containers and the water level is not visible when closed. For a long time we couldn’t decide on the steamer model; we wanted to take the Philips 9140, but after much thought and reading reviews, we settled on this one. Где взять камень для пароварки? #
Начал подгорать серлечник (камень). Теперь в нем появилась дырочка - выгоревшая. Сам камень во время готовки становится коричневым и пахнет горелым - даже если воды достаточно. Все остальное в пароварке исправно. Подскажите, пожалуйста,куда можно обратиться?

Внутри заржавела соединительная деталь. Где взять, заказать? #
Перегрелась без воды в процессе приготовления. Стала подтекать снизу и "умерла" совсем. Разобрали..А там заржавела сильно деталь, к которой крепятся все проводки от нагревателя и таймера.Из сервисного заказали сам нагревательный и прокладку. А вот этой детали нет. Может у кого-то была подобная проблема? спасибо.
