But the large weight capacity is a pleasant aspect for big plans. Although 5 kg is usually enough for most household needs, unusual cases happen. I weighed a 7 kg watermelon from ATB, and it turned out to be less, they cheat even in stores.
However, weighing is very slow. When adding flour little by little, the result isn't instantaneous, you have to wait a couple of seconds, so it's easy to overpour. A couple of seconds could even result in a 30-gram difference depending on the amount added, which is critical for small proportions.
