Dometic Waeco CombiCool ACX-40

Absorption-type portable refrigerator that cools 30°C below ambient temperature (but not less than 0°C). Its key character trait is silent operation both from 12/230 V electrical networks and from a replaceable gas cartridge. The Dometic CombiCool ACX-40 is made in an aluminium case, has temperature control, a piezo ignition system, and is equipped with an ice tray. The volume of the internal chamber of the car refrigerator is 40 liters.

The reverse side of the coin of the metal "body" is a rather large own weight of the unit (about 16 kg). At the same time, the dimensions of the device are 44x51x50 cm. For ease of carrying, special holes have been made in the side walls of the refrigerator case. In addition to the model, there are wires for power from the car cigarette lighter socket and a standard household outlet.
