I mostly have good impressions of this vacuum cleaner. Cleaning with it is a pleasure - quick, very efficient, no wires underfoot or chairs falling over. Again, it's much cleaner because with this vacuum cleaner and the additional handheld, there aren't any places I couldn't reach. However, once the vacuum unexpectedly ran out of charge during cleaning. To be fair, I ran off to get my phone and left it running, which means I was cleaning for about 10 minutes longer than usual.
