Maximum safety electric convectors, ideal for children's
    30 October 2016
Any equipment that is installed in the children's room should first of all be as safe as possible. I installed a couple of these converter panels in my son's room. Yes, pleasure is not cheap, but the safety of a child who will soon begin to walk independently is much more important.
Made in Finland. And you know, this is no less cool than made in Germany. Maybe even better. The quality of these convector panel constructions cannot be faulted, even if you try really hard. There isn't a single sharp corner; everything is assembled neatly and fits perfectly. There is double electrical insulation and protection against direct water exposure. Even the paint on the galvanized metal is applied almost perfectly evenly. The power is modest, only 250 watts per convector, but there's logic in this as well. Thanks to the low-power heaters, the convector body heats up to only 50-55 degrees Celsius. That is, to the touch, it is just warm, and it's virtually impossible to get a thermal injury from it. Two convectors provide a total output of 500 watts, which is more than sufficient for a 9.5 square meter children's room. Moreover, these are honest "European" watts, not Chinese. To maintain a fixed temperature, the convectors are equipped with a reliable mechanical regulator. Five years of official warranty.
Short power cord. High price, but I think that cheap Finnish things do not happen in nature))
Convectors with which you can sleep peacefully
    22 October 2016
These rather expensive Finnish convectors are not sold everywhere, but I deliberately looked for them and here's why. In addition to the city apartment, we have a two-story six-room house in the suburbs. In winter, it is heated with solid fuel, but most of the winter there is no one in it and the problem of heating at this time is quite relevant. For a little heating in spring and autumn and maintaining a positive temperature in winter, I purchased these relatively low-power convectors.
This is perhaps the safest solution for backup or standby heating in a detached private house. With the help of a mechanical thermostat, I set the temperature to about eight degrees above zero and you can safely leave. This is exactly the case when the famous Finnish quality allows you to sleep completely peacefully. Low-temperature tubular electric heaters installed inside the sections can operate in 24 x 7 x 365 mode. They are double electrically insulated and operate completely silently. They are practically indestructible, not for nothing that they are given a five-year warranty. There is, however, still the danger of a prolonged power outage, which can lead to freezing of communications, but you can’t insure yourself from this at all. For such situations, there are good neighbors who live there permanently and who will simply call my mobile in the event of such an accident in the winter. Look on the walls strictly and nicely.
The price is high. Equipping the house with these panels cost a lot of money.
