Received it from the online store in the evening, happily installed the software at home, tried the first slide and.......bummer, something crackled and the "carriage" with the lamp got stuck halfway to its parking position, an error appeared on the panel. Everything else isn't working either, maybe the main scanner will act up too. Just like in the joke - "The eyes are blue blue", ......and the rest .... They do not offer an immediate replacement, even though a defective item was received. They suggest either taking THIS to the service center yourself or waiting an indefinite time for the "specialists" at the service used by the supplier who sent THIS to the "Enko" store, which actually has no quality complaints. |
