Overall, I would rate this tool 4 out of 5. For the 2700 rubles I paid in the store, it's hard, if not impossible, to find a similar product. In my opinion, only three brands produce worthy tools: Makita, Bosch, Hitachi. Compared to competitors, Hitachi is 30 to 50 percent cheaper. In terms of technical features, these three manufacturers are roughly at the same level (this is just my personal subjective opinion). This tool is not very suitable for professional use, but for a home DIY enthusiast, it's just right. You can saw a lot without the tool getting tired, but it's important to control the cutting angle. With this tool, I mainly cut 21 mm plywood for flooring (total area of 200 sq. m.), cut PVC windowsills, sandwich panels, siding, various wooden pieces, and even tried some wood carving... the results were quite impressive. The most attractive feature of this model is probably the inclusion of a case and saw blade as part of the package. It also has a pendulum motion of the saw blade and a rubberized handle. There is a powerful enough blow-off of sawdust from the cutting area, a cast aluminum base, and a quick-release chuck. It is a sufficiently powerful tool at 705 W, with adjustable pendulum saw speed control. It is impossible or nearly impossible to set the required sawing angle (in my case, I modified the mounting slot by 1 mm with a file). Even if you manage to set the blade at the required angle, everything is fine at the start of the cut... but towards the end of the cut, the blade usually drifts by 2-3 degrees from vertical. There is no lighting in the sawing area. In domestic use, this fact is not critical, but in cases where tighter fitting of mating parts is needed, gaps from 1 to 3 mm could likely form. I also didn't like the lack of a soft start. ![]() |
