I've been using this mat for over 4 years, and it completely satisfies me. Excellent mat, stays firmly in one place, and the mouse glides over it well. Dirt and dust will not pass
The working surface of the Kingston HyperX Fury S Pro Medium mat is made of dense, lint-free fabric, which, out of habit, seems dry and a little rough. Especially when compared to the original HyperX Fury mat, which came out 3 years earlier. The surface turned out to be practical, dirt is almost not collected, and what gets in is easily wiped off with a rag. The carpet is stitched around the perimeter. And, fundamentally so.
First accuracy, then speed
As planned by the guys from Kingston / HyperX, this surface is best suited for mice with ultra-low, low or medium sensitivity, when the cursor is required primarily for accuracy, not speed. On our own, we add that the surface is really unusual - the mouse glides over it quite briskly, but at the same time it does not stick at all and is perfectly controlled. Just what the doctor ordered for online shooters.
Textured mesh non-slip backing
The backing of a dense and textured mesh turned out to be unusual. Due to the protruding pimples-islands, the contact area with the table is reduced, but at the same time, the Fury S Pro clings to the table with a stranglehold without the slightest hint of arbitrary displacement. However due to the rigid backing, the rug needs a couple of days to completely smooth out after being transported in a tube.
