I bought this product and I like it. I replaced the mouse pad from another company with this mouse pad. First things first. Looks beautiful both in daylight and at night. The backlighting is very pleasing. It can be adjusted through a PC, but I have not tried it yet. The perfectly black coating (which is both an advantage and a disadvantage). It does not slide on the table surface. The mouse glides perfectly on the mat's surface. The keyboard does not slide on the mat's surface. Small crumbs (which are everywhere, no matter how many times you clean) can be easily blown away. I wiped it with a regular damp cloth, and saw no drawbacks (there is information online on how to clean these mats, but since it's new, I haven't looked into that information yet). All shortcomings are individual. Perfect black coating. On one hand, it looks very beautiful, but fine dust is visible and noticeable. Perhaps someone would prefer a mat with an additional (or different, maybe more gray) color. I would add a button on the mat's remote control to turn off the backlight, so it can be turned off not only through PC software. The location of the backlight control remote with the wire is on the left side (I have all wires from the keyboard and mouse on the right side. If there was a choice, I would buy the right-sided version). I looked at comments on another resource regarding this mat, supposedly it cannot be washed in a machine, but I repeat, wiped it with a slightly damp cloth, everything is fine, and there are also various cleaning agents available for mat care. Question about HyperX Pulsefire Mat RGB Что сделать если не работает контроллер?
у меня появилась проблема, не работает контроллер для переключения режимов подсветки, не горит 3 точки и при нажатии ничего не происходит. когда удаляю коврик с устройства он начинает работать но выключается
