i will not recommend this stroller. it is no better, but rather even worse than the Polish carriages. the walking block itself is narrow, it’s great for summer, but for winter when you need to put a child in there, we only have him 1.5 years old, and the cover is warm, then someone alone simply doesn’t fit in there. 1. not heavy, for example I considered buying a bicycle stroller, and that one weighs 14 kg, while this one with the seat unit weighs 11 kg... that's a big difference. 2. excellent suspension, the wheels do not flatten and it has a very smooth ride. in my comparison with a simple Polish first stroller we had for the same amount as this one costs there are just a ton of drawbacks: 1. ours is light gray. there are fabrics that, for example, do not easily take on stains, meaning it's enough to wipe with a damp cloth and the stain is gone, but here even the slightest dirt, and as you might understand they appear every minute... remain on the fabric as terrible streaks and stains. I simply wash everything once a week! 2. we only have the stroller block, because we took it as a second one after we tried a Polish one, and I thought that one was terrible... this one has an absolutely idiotic system for lowering the backrest, the sitting position is so uncomfortable for the child that the child has to hold on to the bumper to sit, otherwise, it's just a semi-lying position but definitely not sitting, + no footrest... 3. the hood is not deep at all... 4. if it got dirty, and oh how it gets dirty, the back of the stroller block, especially the part under the child's legs, is not covered by the mat, so when it got dirty, I simply had to rip the block off the stroller at the bottom, it's on some nailed metal buttons, which, of course, no longer hold... I can only wash it with a brush and hands in the bathroom, then wait for it to drain and dry for another day, and all because it's impossible to remove the wooden part that serves as a backing in the stroller block. it's total hell. weekly washing!!!!! in the rainy and muddy season, washing becomes just an epic. 5. poor thread quality, everything rips. I agree with the previous comment, the shopping bag on the bottom wears out... use Jane Crosswalk R month or more i recommend it don't buy |
I have long wanted to write a review about the Jane Crosswalk stroller, as I was looking for reviews back in the day and couldn't find any. I hope it will be useful to someone. I don't rule out the possibility that we were just unlucky. We bought it new, in Odessa, at the brand-name store, in 2016. Advantages: 1. Easy to wash, easy to disassemble for washing. Everything is made of fabric and removable. Looks like new after washing. 2. The hood is deep and provides good sun protection. 3. The mattress is comfortable. 4. The seat unit can be installed facing the mother or vice versa. 5. Good rain cover. 1. The first thing that upset me - the front wheels that supposedly can be locked or set to rotate - literally after 2 weeks of indoor use, started switching by themselves and stopped rotating. 2. These same wheels start to shake when walking fast, and when you push the stroller, there’s some resistance making it heavier to push and the whole stroller shakes. 3. The shopping basket is not very spacious, plus it's hung very low, all speed bumps and curbs scrape against it (I constantly hear jokes that we have a sports car with low suspension))) and because of this, the basket is almost worn through. 4. Very heavy, if you plan to load it in the car often, think twice. 5. Folding it is really difficult. You have to adjust a lot of things: the handle to a certain position, the canopy, the footrest, the brake cable, and even then it doesn't always click and fold. 6. There isn't a single pocket in the walking block. 7. And overall it squeaks, and some screws have loosened within six months of use. 8. Despite having seemingly large wheel diameter - the maneuverability on the road is poor. use Jane Crosswalk R month or more i recommend it don't buy |
My husband and I chose the pushchair for quite a long time, maybe five months. But having bought this model did not lose. It costs a lot, of course. I somehow counted on a smaller amount, but already in the process of using it, it became clear that the money was not paid in vain. In practice, the pushchair turned out to be very comfortable with its cradle and well-thought-out walking block. It's not perfect, but I don't think you could buy anything better for that kind of money. I can only say good things about the cradle. It's not too deep, but it's not overly open either. The hood is big enough. In bad weather, they hid under a complete raincoat. During visits to the clinic, and for various reasons we had to travel and worry a lot, the handle for carrying the cradle was very useful. Departure we in it for almost six months and moved to a walk. It is conveniently adjustable backrest and footrest. There is a reclining, and not just a removable, soft bumper. The upholstery is made of good quality material, which can be easily cleaned, washed and washed. The seat can be fixed facing the mother, or it can be rearranged so that the child can see the world around him. In windy weather, this feature is very useful. Below, under the seat, there is a medium-sized basket for things, it is not difficult to get to it. The pushchair itself is not very light, but I can lift it with the child to the elevator, half the flight of stairs. The wheels were foam rubber. It seems that we all looked carefully and it seemed to us that they were with cameras. What would be the difference? But there is a difference and it is especially felt on a rough road, and there are almost no others in our city. Of course, shock absorbers dampen most of the vibrations and shaking, but I'm sure that the ride would be even softer on inflatable wheels. |
