The carpet locker combines the functions of an overlocker and a cover stitching machine and is a convenient all-round tool for finishing edges. The main advantages of the model are a large number of overlock and cover stitches, the ability to combine stitches and an extended working area - the distance from the needle to the bed is increased to 10 cm. The machine has a power of 100 W and operates at a maximum speed of 1300 stitches per minute.

There are 20 different types of stitches to choose from, which are done using 2 to 5 threads. These stitches include chain stitch, overlock stitch, overlock stitch, Flatlock stitch, elastic reinforcement stitch, piping stitch, hem stitch, etc. You can manually adjust the stitch length (up to 5 mm), stitch width (up to 8 mm), presser foot pressure, thread tension and the height of the presser foot (up to 5 mm).

The Minerva M5000CL also allows you to adjust the cutting width of the fabric and, if necessary, turn off the knife for underlaying and sewing without trimming. The presence of a sleeve platform makes it possible to process complex elements of clothing, such as sleeves, the bottom of trousers and other cylindrical products, and the differential conveyor allows processing the product by stretching or picking up the fabric. In addition, LED work area lighting, color-coded threading, a tool and accessory compartment, a trim tray, a carrying handle and a fabric storage pouch are provided for more convenient use.
