Very easy to operate, detailed instructions for cooking rice for all occasions (volume charts for each type of rice), large menu text, 5 buttons, I definitely recommend it for parents/grandparents. Carrying handle, no condensate collection container, convenient menu. Soups, porridge, stews, roasts, etc., cooks excellently. No cookbook, but it is more of a nuance than a drawback. Upon the first use, it was discovered that it constantly boils on all modes. Sent it to IBS service where they replaced two boards and a thermostat. During the next cooking, the same issue occurred—boiling on all modes. Sent it to IBS service again. A technician called back saying they tested the multicooker and could not find the cause of persistent boiling, claiming it's working as intended and advising to add water as it evaporates and monitor the cooking process. For 10 years, we used a Vitek multicooker where we loaded the ingredients, turned it on, and did not monitor the cooking process until it was done. The technician also mentioned at the end of the call, "What do you expect for 1800 UAH? If you wanted quality, you should have bought one for 6000 UAH." Extremely dissatisfied with the multicooker!!!
