As an MSI fan, I decided to buy peripherals from this company. I deeply regretted it. The microphone is terrible, with background noise. I'll have to abandon my principle of "everything from MSI" and buy headphones from HyperX or another brand. mSI has a lot of defects, those who buy all MSI products will understand me. The headphones are good, but 7.1 is useless. The regular mode delivers better sound than 7.1. When the headphones arrived, the left one was making a lot of noise. When I hit the headphone once, it stopped working properly. I asked for a warranty exchange, but it still made noise. Due to the feature of lighting, the headphones are fragile with a headband. I solved the noise problem by turning off the lighting, but until I did, I hated these headphones and wanted to break them.
