The high power of the device, which is 30 W, provides the necessary thermal parameters for the fermentation of a fermented milk culture in a dairy environment. Since the model does not have a shutdown timer and only one mode of operation, you will have to monitor the fermentation time, which determines the density and degree of readiness of the product, on your own. Note that the duration of the working cycle is affected by the fat content of milk.
