Thus, in one heating cycle, you can get almost 1.5 liters of ready-made healthy fermented milk product. Each glass is closed with a lid with the function of setting the cooking date, and the device itself is covered with a common transparent plastic lid.

    Power in excess

    The high power of the device, which is 30 W, provides the necessary thermal parameters for the fermentation of a fermented milk culture in a dairy environment. Since the model does not have a shutdown timer and only one mode of operation, you will have to monitor the fermentation time, which determines the density and degree of readiness of the product, on your own. Note that the duration of the working cycle is affected by the fat content of milk. So, for a whole product, 8 hours of heating is enough, for 2% milk — about 10 hours, and for skim milk — about 12 hours. The recommended maximum cooking time should not exceed 19 hours, after which the yogurt will become too thick and sour.
